About The Position

We are seeking a bold and versatile Designer to join our global creative team focused on developing trend-forward, storytelling-rich branding and packaging systems that shape how our franchises show up across retail and ecommerce. This role is ideal for a hybrid creative who thrives on translating narrative into visual identity and packaging design, and who brings a fresh, culturally attuned point of view to every project. As a key contributor to our branding and packaging team, you'll be responsible for crafting original artwork, layout systems, and packaging and retail concepts that elevate our consumer products across mass, specialty, halo, and collab executions. You'll interpret trend insights, franchise strategy, and brand DNA into compelling visual assets that surprise and delight fans worldwide. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in consumer products, entertainment, or a design studio
  • Proven ability to translate story into commercial branding and packaging design
  • BA, BFA, or equivalent in design, branding, packaging, or related discipline preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, trend fluency, and technical execution required
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with packaging production, die lines, and print processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple franchises
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and pitching skills
  • Self-starter with a tenacious attitude and a passion for pop culture and entertainment
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of licensing business models and global brand management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design original artwork, packaging layouts, and branding systems for global consumer products
  • Translate franchise storytelling and trend insights into packaging concepts that drive retail impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency
  • Prepare artwork for production across print and digital formats, ensuring technical accuracy

  • Manage multiple projects with agility, delivering high-quality creative under tight timelines
