As a Gensler Designer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions throughout all phases of our projects. Your success in this role will stem from your ability to clearly communicate design ideas using both 2D and 3D methods. Your communication skills will extend beyond graphics to encompass both verbal and written forms, allowing you to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with team members and clients alike. Additionally, your research techniques will enable you to quickly solve problems, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will contribute to our architectural design process across all project phases, which includes conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, and the creation of construction documents. You will coordinate architectural design documents with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Your responsibilities will also include creating graphic presentations, 3D models, renderings, and design drawings, as well as researching and specifying materials, building systems, and products that align with our design vision and sustainability goals.
