Requirements

3–6 years of experience in design, construction, or themed environments
Associate's degree in engineering, construction, industrial design, architecture, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino (2-3 years of experience); ability to learn technology
Strong eye for detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple projects
Collaborative, with pride in high‑quality work and craftsmanship
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Create 2D and 3D technical drawings--detailing concrete or structural steel
Develop complex project‑specific details with limited direction
Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, and internal and external partners
Review contract documents and respond to RFIs
Prepare and revise submittals to meet project and company standards
Recommend materials and methods that balance design intent, budget, and safety
