As a Designer 1, you will elevate our brand, enhance user experience, and support our expanding portfolio of products and services through brand, product, new media and communications. The ideal candidate will be versatile, creative, and detail-driven in helping us shape the visual language of our new products across digital, print, and product platforms. We are a team open to learning new tools as well as flexing old ones. We traverse multiple platforms from Mac to PC — Analog to Digital. We are especially interested in you if you’re passionate about both the fast grind of production and the introspective process of experimentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a graphic design and/or production role, agency or in-house brand team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate cross functionally.
  • Deep thinker with an ability to clearly articulate new ideas
  • Multidisciplinary skillset with an openness to learn new tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools.
  • Fluency in creative AI generation tools for text and image, such as Midjourney, Nana Banana, etc.
  • Efficiency in production tools for product and web design such as Figma.
  • Basic understanding and experience with Motion tools such as Adobe After Effects.
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to iterate quickly.
  • An openness to collaborate across practices and discipline in a fast past, innovation and design environment with creative design practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Design executive and team product presentations across print and digital platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote), translating complex hardware, software, and AI concepts into clear visual stories.
  • Create brand-aligned assets for web, social media, and product communications that elevate the IQ visual language.
  • Support identity and art direction initiatives for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape how new technologies are introduced and experienced.
  • Contribute to print, packaging, retail, and environmental design production across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Help evolve templates, standards, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
