Requirements
- Experience - Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
- Education - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Skills - Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
- Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.
Responsibilities
- Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business
- Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers - ecellent customer service
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational plans - manage metrics to ensure hitting growth targets
- Leadership for entire office team - management of team including hiring, performance management
- Ensure positive business and financial performance
- Maintain billing and payroll
- Manage overall budget for the business
