Requirements

  • Experience - Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
  • Education - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Skills - Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
  • Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business
  • Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers - ecellent customer service
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational plans - manage metrics to ensure hitting growth targets
  • Leadership for entire office team - management of team including hiring, performance management
  • Ensure positive business and financial performance
  • Maintain billing and payroll
  • Manage overall budget for the business
