We're looking for a senior leader to help build a world-class customer service and support organization within our real estate operations business. As the Designated Broker, you are responsible for maintaining an excellent customer service organization, resulting in employees that feel supported 100%. This role will support agents and their managers in all aspects of the real estate transaction, while having the backing of a world class organization. You are responsible for each state’s individual broker requirements, as well as comprehensive broker oversight; overseeing contract and licensing compliance, training on contractual changes, maintaining relationships with local MLS organizations, and routine internal and regulatory audits. You are a leader in the market, collaborating with managers to establish and reinforce best practices surrounding license requirements and contracts to help drive sales. This position covers Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The preferred candidate will reside in North or South Carolina and will require to be licensed in all four states (NC & SC to start). Any additional state assignments may be subject to change. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Designated Brokers.
