Tesla's Electronics Test and Automation Group (ETAG) is the primary point of contact for ensuring the highest quality vehicle, silicon, and robotics electronics for our customers. Our mission is to develop test automation equipment, architect software automation frameworks, and provide hardware, software, and data infrastructure for Tesla electronics communities worldwide. We are seeking a multifaceted Electrical Engineer with a strong focus on board-level failure analysis. This role involves all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root-causing, implementing countermeasures for, and reporting on issues affecting low-voltage PCBAs, including but not limited to body controllers and car computers. You will collaborate with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate issues and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories, improving product quality, reliability, and durability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment that rewards superior performance.
