As an entry-level position at ENTRUST Solutions Group, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding established productivity and quality targets while being mindful of project timelines and budget constraints. Your role will involve conducting communications in a professional and clear manner, ensuring that all communications are timely and appropriate for the topic. You will identify information to be communicated to clients and project stakeholders through team leads and project managers. Additionally, you will complete design tasks for associated utility design projects, which include design, drafting, calculations, easement validation, cost estimating, and permit package development. You will manage multiple tasks to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and achievement of company and departmental goals. Daily tasks will also include performing accurate updates and additions of new data to client records, identifying errors on source material and client data records, and coordinating projects to meet client needs. You will learn and incorporate company safety rules, design standards, and governing authority regulations into your daily work and designs, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards. Self-checking your work assignments prior to submission for review and participating in peer and quality control reviews will also be part of your responsibilities.
