Requirements

Educational Background: High school graduate. Candidates currently enrolled in an accredited engineering design/CAD program are welcome to apply.
Passion for Engineering Design: Strong interest in engineering design and a desire to build a successful career in the engineering design field.
Technical Skills: Ability to learn engineering design tools and software.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to overcome engineering design challenges.
Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist our engineering and design teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation.
Deliverables: With oversight, produce quality deliverables, including: General Notes Plans Elevations Details Schedules Typical details 3D Views
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, and meeting notes.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and insights to address engineering design challenges.
