Why this job matters: The Team is looking for a student Design Intern. The student will have the ability to work on designated projects. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, offering insights into the health insurance sector and exposure to real-world business challenges. Interns will experience daily responsibilities and project work within their business area. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent soft skills (communication, organization, prioritization)
  • Understanding of how applications serve business capabilities and the components that make the application run.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for delivery to a variety of audiences.
  • Results oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Learning mindset, focus on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Meta data collection for enterprise applications to build out our current state environment
  • Working with EAs to identify integrations, and Power BI reporting.
  • EA Maturity Journey/Roadshow to build/maintain our current state ecosystem
  • Establish reports for Application/Capability Owners + SLT/ELT.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
