About The Position

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters, and is part of the Hunter Douglas family of brands. For over 40 years, the company has transformed clients' homes and workplaces with a wide variety of products. The company is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants in the Fresno market, paid out as $1500 after 30 days and an additional $1,500 after 60 days of service, good-standing, and active employment. Inter/intra-department, Company transfers, and re-hires are not eligible. 3 Day Blinds reserves the right to alter or terminate this program. Requirements

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that help you win the sale.
  • Quick learner, self-reliant, and resourceful while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Understand instructions, ask smart questions, and keep the conversation positive and productive.
  • Independence and collaboration come naturally to you.
  • Full-time availability, including one weekend day, to maximize opportunities.
  • Confident with PCs, Windows programs, and eager to master new sales technology.
  • Flexible with travel, from local canvassing to longer drives, always with reliable transportation, a valid license, and proof of insurance.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds when needed.
  • Any sales roles, especially in home improvement/décor, and anything field based or in-home.
  • Customer service focused backgrounds.
  • Hospitality backgrounds (e.g., reformed bartender or waiter/waitress).
  • Teachers.
  • Experience in security systems or solar.

  • Designer’s eye background or passion in design and décor is a big advantage.
