The company is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants in the Fresno market, payable in two installments after 30 and 60 days of active service, with specific exclusions for inter/intra-department transfers and re-hires. Design Sales Representatives will help clients transform their spaces with stylish and functional window treatments, building a high-earning career. The position provides qualified leads from an award-winning marketing team, and consultants are also highly rewarded for generating their own appointments. Requirements

  • Ready to roll up your sleeves – able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds when needed.
  • Experience in any sales roles, especially in home improvement/décor, and anything field based or in-home.
  • Customer service focused backgrounds.
  • Experience in hospitality (e.g., bartender or waiter/waitress).
  • Experience as a teacher.
  • Experience in security systems or solar.
