We are seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants who enjoy meeting homeowners, designing customized solutions, and closing deals. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
- Confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation for local appointments

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations
- Use our iPad-based design software to create customized bathroom solutions
- Present product options and provide clear, transparent pricing
- Guide homeowners through the bathroom remodeling process
- Build rapport, answer questions, and confidently close sales
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
