The Design Program Manager for Amazon Private Brands Creative, Design & Operations is responsible for managing the production and rebranding of detail pages for Amazon's private label products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects while optimizing processes and resources. The position requires a blend of creative, technical, strategic, and project management skills to enhance customer experiences and support Amazon's key shopping moments.

  • Independently manage WW HPB & CPB detail page production and rebranding in collaboration with partner teams.
  • Provide inputs to identify opportunities to optimize processes, shorten timelines, and use budgets more efficiently.
  • Onboard product families into processes and manage the process alongside the marketing manager.
  • Work to develop and finalize process execution for end-to-end detail page rebranding for Amazon Basics.
  • Identify opportunities for offshoring and process improvement in collaboration with the Senior Design Program Manager.
  • Conduct deep dives and troubleshooting for detail page upload failures to standardize resolution paths via SOPs.
  • Support asset uploads, tagging, and manual work in collaboration with the Senior Design Program Manager.
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping (Microsoft Visio), Kaizen, and other process optimization tools.
  • Experience working on project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, and establishing communication plans.
  • Ability to understand the needs of business and end customers and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of earning trust with peers, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Experience in program/project management, preferably in a creative team.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall).
  • Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements.
  • Experience managing UX programs and working with Design and Research.
