This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction. Requirements

Experience working in an architecture firm drafting in Revit for mixed use, laboratory, or workspace projects
Ability to use Revit; a Revit assessment will be administered
Degree in Architecture
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Deadline driven and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
Experience with additional design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Enscape are a plus

Responsibilities

Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings, assuming responsibility for the accuracy of work
Timely and accurate production of project deliverables
Solve space planning & adjacency requirements
Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
Manage multiple assignments concurrently
Participate in improving architecture production methods
