We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative person to join our Retail team as a Design Professional in the Alameda office. In this role you will work closely with Job Captains and Project Managers through all phases of design, from initial conceptualization to the production of comprehensive construction documents. Requirements

  • A professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit; a Revit assessment will be administered
  • Experience using Revit for retail rollout projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Deadline driven with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with other design software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Rhino

Nice To Haves

  • Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of architectural drawings for retail clients
  • Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings ensuring accuracy with code compliance
  • Solve space planning and adjacency requirements
  • Participate in site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes including architectural production methods
