Freese and Nichols has a great opportunity for an early career Architecture Design Professional to launch their career in our Dallas, Fort Worth or Austin TX offices in 2026! What your day looks like – You will partner with others to complete design tasks, including: Develop/Operate/Maintain BIM models, utilizing them to generate construction documents. Support Project Architects by performing or delegating a range of architectural planning, design, and construction activities including plan layouts, circulation studies, quantity takeoffs, space utilization studies, construction submittal review and preliminary code analysis/research. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions Research and develop background material and correlate data for others. Prepare information and diagrams for reports. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience producing working drawings with Autodesk Revit in the office of a registered architect, or equivalent experience
  • Master of Architecture preferred
  • Working knowledge of with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
  • Experience with Sketchup and InDesign
  • NCARB Record
  • LEED Green Associate

Responsibilities
