The Design Operations Associate provides support to the Design, Product Development, and Project Management teams. This role focuses on project coordination, calendar management, vendor and sample coordination, meeting support, and the maintenance of organized design systems and libraries. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth studio workflows, supporting seasonal launches, tracking key milestones, and assisting with presentation materials and internal tools.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to shifting priorities and challenges.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on improving operational efficiency for Design and Product Development teams.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a design-led, creative, or product-focused environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Foundational understanding of design principles and creative workflows.
  • Working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and business tools (Word, Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Design and Product Development teams in managing seasonal calendars to ensure on-time delivery of the G/FORE product assortment.
  • Assist with key checkpoints, reviews, and preparation for executive decision-making.
  • Support the execution and maintenance of Style Masters and related product documentation.
  • Assist with Go-to-Market and internal tools, including line sheets, swatch cards, and sample sets.
  • Coordinate sample check-in, organization, and distribution across internal teams.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new systems (PLM, MDM), helping improve data accuracy, product attribution, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal sales meetings in partnership with Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing to deliver cohesive and commercially impactful launches.
  • Maintain design libraries, archives, and studio workspaces to ensure organization, efficiency, and functionality.
