About The Position
The TBIT Terminal Refresh Design Manager reports to the TBIT Terminal Refresh Project Manager and is responsible for the design management of the TBIT Terminal Refresh Project. The TBIT Terminal Refresh Project will perform major renovations of the TBIT departures and arrivals levels to include new Terrazzo, ceilings, wall linings, information booths, ticket counters, common-use self-service kiosks as well as reconfiguration of the domestic baggage claim and recheck area. The characteristics of the candidate shall include a solid understanding of airport terminal functions and assets such as passenger processing, baggage processing, airline operations, and aircraft/apron requirements. The individual must be knowledgeable in all design deliverables and be able to recognize quality vs. incomplete design work and take appropriate actions accordingly. The individual shall be driven to 'think outside the box' and find design solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and designers.
