Our Global Corporate Digital Design team defines how PepsiCo appears across owned social channels, corporate platforms, and digital experiences—where brand, culture, and performance intersect. We’re looking for a Design Manager to lead digital-first, motion-led storytelling across PepsiCo’s Corporate global social and web platforms, based in New York City. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for a motion-driven designer with 7+ years of experience building high-performing social and digital content. You will lead concept through execution while elevating craft, mentoring creatives, and ensuring brand consistency at enterprise scale. In this role, you’ll help shape how the world sees PepsiCo — from our iconic brands to the people behind them — and the bold moves we’re making for the planet and our communities. You’ll partner closely with the Global Communications and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into impactful, measurable digital storytelling.
