About The Position

The Takeuchi Design Lead position will be responsible for design and execution of creative/marketing items for the
company. This person will design items for print, digital, large format and any other marketing needs. Assist the Marketing
Manager in developing campaigns for brand promotion and awareness for national ad campaigns as well as
global marketing projects. Work with the Events Lead to support trade show booth design. They will also collaborate
with the Content Creator & Community Manager on social media and special projects. Must be able to work within
deadlines and budget to create excellent collateral items. Needs to have a strong desire to be part of a collaborative
team environment. They will also work closely with other team members and across departments on special projects
and marketing needs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a creative/design role
• A bold, creative designer who is passionate about design and new design tools/mediums
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Mac system based
• Mailchimp email platform
• Web design/CMS platforms
• General office application ability to work in Word, Excel, Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Construction equipment industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Brand Management - keep a vigilant eye on brand usage and maintain that all logos, fonts, colors and images are acceptable to brand guidelines.
• Graphic Design - design clean and modern creative content that highlights our machines, attachments and features clearly. This includes digital content, print items, large format materials and specialty items.
• Marketing Campaigns - design items for new and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Email Campaigns - Develop content and manage email campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Website - Design graphics for use on websites and update Takeuchi US & Global website with CMS.
• Social Media - provide design collateral for social media as needed
• Trade Shows - assist with design, planning and execution of elements related to tradeshows including budget, booth equipment and design, planning, calendar, schedules, etc.
• Content Management - Help with organization of design files for US and global partners on Marketing Portal.
