About The Position
At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people by solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a dedicated Electrcial Design Intern to join our talented team at our office located in Blue Bell, PA (This is for summer of 2026) and will require the student to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine tasks that are intended to provide experience and interaction with higher-level staff, methods, practices, programs, and culture of the organization. Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Reliable, quick learner with the ability to take on different tasks at one time.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in engineering or architecture.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, or assists in the preparation of engineering documents, details, schedules, or reports as assigned.
- Conducts research on data, organizes data into a reporting system, and provides analysis of data utilizing graphs and formulas.
- Performs routine engineering work requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related project tasks.
- Provides support to a project team in all aspects and disciplines of the project.
- May assist technical staff in drafting sketches and drawings to scale utilizing AUTO CAD and/or other drafting systems.
