About The Position
The position provides vision and leadership for existing and emerging product and application technologies through an understanding of customer and business needs. The role involves managing a team of Engineers and technical staff, leading the product development process from concept to production, and providing technical leadership and expertise to the design team. Responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing design processes, ensuring quality assurance, and managing resources effectively to meet production targets. The position also emphasizes innovation, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, supplier and vendor management, cost management, documentation and reporting, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle management. The role requires managing on-time delivery of designs and cultivating sustained innovation in the company's ability to deliver exceptional products to customers.
