About The Position

Saratech is seeking a part-time Design Engineer. You will assist the Engineering Services/Design team with various support duties such as CAD modeling, part model check reviews, industry standard parts specifications and project planning. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to grow your professional network and contribute to the Saratech engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Services/Design team with CAD modeling and part model check reviews.
• Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements.
• Translate client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a team.
• Prioritize and organize project tasks into the required timeline.
• Ensure the project meets its deadlines at each stage.
