The engineer will collaborate with other design team members, customers, and stakeholders to execute design tasks effectively. Responsibilities include evaluating and modifying techniques for fan design, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and specifications, and troubleshooting design and test problems. The role also requires researching new technologies for product development and creating customer and shop drawings for approval. Additionally, the engineer will select drive components and fastening techniques, define installation and maintenance procedures for rotating equipment, and uphold the company's core values. Other duties may be assigned as needed, and responsibilities may vary based on specific job assignments.
