This role is for a detail-driven systems thinker with a knack for clean design, smart documentation, and customer-first execution. As the Design Engineer for Security & Automation, you own the full drawing lifecycle for our Tier 1 customers—from system design and layout creation to post-install validation and documentation. You are a technical partner to Sales and Field Services and a calm, clear communicator when project timelines heat up. If you take pride in anticipating needs, resolving discrepancies before they become issues, and producing work that speaks for itself, you’ll thrive in this seat. At Federated Service Solutions, we move fast, solve real problems, and make complex rollouts look easy. Since 2004, we’ve helped national brands deploy technology at scale—on time and on budget. Our teams run on autonomy, ownership, and integrity. No red tape. No micromanagement. Just results. If you’re sharp, action-oriented, and want your work to matter, we’d love to meet you.
