The Principal Design Engineer leads the architecture, design, and verification of advanced mixed‑signal and/or digital ICs that power onsemi’s automotive, industrial, and cloud solutions. This role drives innovation across the full product lifecycle—from concept and feasibility through silicon validation and production—while mentoring engineering teams and influencing long‑term technology roadmaps.
