Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Preferred - Successful completion of relevant steel design courses

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver structural solutions to ensure they are meeting customer, business, operational, and team goals
• Perform actual and estimated weight analysis to understand business impact of designs and show good judgement when making suggestions
• Prepare technical design reports
• Bring new insights into engineering tools, processes, and best practices
• Drive communication and collaboration within cross-functional workgroups
• Understand the role in the overall system and be willing to step outside that role when required
• Assist in managing all testing and certification requirements such as TDI, Florida Product Approvals, Miami Dade NOA's, FM approvals, and ICC Reports for all metal sheathing products
