The Design Engineer II designs and develops engineered solutions for our customers' material movement requirements. This role involves analyzing customer requirements and developing cost-effective design solutions, collaborating with the sales team to create conceptual design prints and renderings, and reviewing product designs for compliance with engineering principles and specifications. The engineer will utilize Creo software to produce 3D models and prints, employ advanced analytical tools to validate designs, and provide production support to the operations department. Additionally, the position requires hands-on support for operations and sales, including tool design and shipping procedures, while ensuring designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
