About The Position

You will be a subject matter expert of distribution design and constructability for the Raleigh, NC, Fayetteville, NC Wilmington, NC will be responsible for design review and ensuring we deliver a design package that meets client expectations. You will often meet with the client and construction crews to review the scope of our design and discuss project execution. You will be a technical leader on the team contributing to the continual improvement of team knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 2-5 years of electrical distribution design experience.
• Design review experience.
• Client-facing experience and construction support.
• Team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in distribution design and constructability.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with client expectations.
• Meet with clients and construction crews to discuss project scope and execution.
