The position involves understanding and identifying learner needs through existing and new procedures, research, and data. The role requires designing and implementing training programs that align with business goals and accreditation criteria. The individual will coordinate and deliver training programs to clinical leads and supervisors, while also implementing quality improvement initiatives related to training. Monitoring changes to industry standards and maintaining content repositories are also key responsibilities.

  • Understand and identify learner needs using research and data.
  • Design and implement training programs that meet learner needs and accreditation criteria.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and/or train-the-trainer programs.
  • Implement training-related quality improvement programs.
  • Monitor changes to industry standards and accreditation criteria.
  • Maintain content repositories and document training updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems.
  • Conduct auditing and continuous improvement initiatives for training content.
  • Ensure training complies with laws, policies, and professional standards.
  • Support and respond to the needs of others to achieve business outcomes.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in technical writing or content management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Business Management, Nursing, Psychology, or related field AND minimum three (3) years of experience in instructional design, adult education, or a directly related field.
  • OR Minimum six (6) years of experience in instructional design, adult education, or a directly related field.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
  • Experience with Curriculum Development.
  • Skills in Change Management and Negotiation.
  • Ability to communicate business value effectively.
