The Design Director will lead the creative vision and product strategy for the Girls division, overseeing the design and development of seasonal collections that drive growth, reinforce the brand DNA, and meet the evolving needs of our customers. This individual will guide the team from concept through production, ensuring design excellence, commercial relevance, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate combines a strong aesthetic sensibility with a strategic mindset, deep product knowledge, and proven leadership experience. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Production teams to deliver compelling, brand-right assortments each season. The role focuses on Girls- infant/ toddler, 4 - 6, sportswear (daily casual play wear), dresses, and layette.
