The Design Director, Women’s — Caslon, Voyelle & Chelsea 28, will play a pivotal role at this moment, setting the creative vision and shaping the future of three distinct brands as they evolve in relevance, scale, and influence. This role is designed for a seasoned design leader with a strong point of view and commercial instinct. Someone who can balance creativity with discipline and bring brands to life in ways that resonate deeply with today’s customer. You will define brand DNA, lead inspired design teams, and partner closely across merchandising, planning and production to translate vision into performance. This is an opportunity to influence not just seasonal products, but how design shows up as a strategic driver within Nordstrom Made.
