The kind of project where your decisions actually shape the final product.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Director or Senior Design Lead on web projects
• Strong UX sensibility with deep experience building and managing design systems
• Expert level Figma proficiency including component libraries, shared systems, and handoff
• Comfortable leading a design team and presenting to client stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction across two simultaneous website redesigns for a major brand
• Drive the work forward as the primary design lead, owning decisions from UX strategy to final execution
• Build and maintain design systems and shared component libraries that work across both sites
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and align the design team around a unified creative vision
• Partner with product and development teams to make sure what gets designed actually gets built
• Keep quality high and timelines moving across both projects simultaneously
