In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for developing health education materials and providing training on health education and new concepts, processes, and programs related to health behavior change in the health education departments to new and current health education employees; documenting the success and comprehension of training materials while maintaining updates of central training repository; teaching health behavior change practices, policies, and procedures for new and existing staff; creating and organizing the learning objectives, course outlines, assessments, training plans, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, handouts, review activities and audio-visual aids for all health education workshops; and facilitating and consensus building with subject matter experts to develop health education materials for various delivery mediums, including, but not limited to print, digital, web, video, electronic medical record visit summary formats, and individual counseling guides.
