About The Position

The position involves coordinating with others to support the design and development of training and ensuring curriculum accuracy. Responsibilities include supporting the selection of training methods and programs, completing training objectives for education modules, and assisting clients in achieving their learning goals with limited guidance. The role also entails evaluating alternative training techniques and supporting the delivery of training programs while guiding learners using adult learning principles. The individual will leverage their knowledge to review evaluations assessing the application of skills, knowledge, and training objectives, and will utilize best practices for training modalities while monitoring and analyzing training results. Additionally, the position requires supporting the development, analysis, and management of program plans, including scope identification, schedule management, inter-dependencies, and resource forecasting. The role also involves reviewing needs assessments for training and performance issues and researching training norms and industry standards within assigned areas with limited guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communication, education, behavioral science, or a directly related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly related field.
