About The Position

As a Design Coordinator for UGG Apparel & Accessories, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat of our design team. You’ll provide essential administrative and creative support, ensuring our design process runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing calendars and contracts to assisting with design presentations and collaborating across teams, you’ll help bring our seasonal stories and products to life. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with administrative tasks, project calendars, and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator with emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Able to travel domestically as needed
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for trends and a collaborative spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Illustration or sketch skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Design Director, including scheduling and managing deadlines based on the Critical Path calendar
  • Maintain and update team deadline calendars and assist with PowerPoint presentations for milestone meetings
  • Create and manage contracts for outside contractors and train new hires on team processes
  • Serve as the Department Procurement Representative, handling purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Ensure all CADs, tech-packs, and filing systems are organized and accessible
  • Act as a cross-functional point of contact between footwear and apparel design teams
  • Assist in material development, manage seasonal color palettes, and create design binders
  • Support the design team with trend research, CAD creation/editing, and preparation for key meetings
  • Organize samples, archive materials, and manage the design room and supplies
