About The Position

Our Store Design Coordinator provides support to our Store Concept & Design Team. This person works within our Store Design Team and supports various project types within our function. This person’s primary focus is on producing AutoCAD drawings, schematic design decks, renderings, and presentation materials. This person must possess strong communication skills, be organized, be willing to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture, or related experience
  • A portfolio showing recent examples of your work in this field
  • Passion for the A&F brands and the role
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling Programs (Sketch-up and Enscape), and Microsoft Applications
  • Organized - ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work within various phases of projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated – takes initiative and drives results
  • Team player – collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships with business partners across multiple key functions
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback from team and multiple business partners

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in translating store designs within various formats, with a focus on loose fixture placements
  • Support Designers in completing drawings, shop drawings and landlord documentation as needed
  • Assisting in creating store design and store concept presentations
  • Supporting store design project workflow by meeting project deadlines provided by supervisor, Real Estate and/or Construction
  • Support Design Manager & Design Operations team in pulling reporting (Lucernex – project management system), meeting organization and executing project deliverables
  • Support Design Manager in creating and maintaining CAD drawing resources including CAD block creation, prototype plan updates, and revising master construction documentation
  • Assisting in creating 3D renderings and models
  • Assisting in assembling digital and physical material boards
