Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Driven, ambitious, and self-disciplined
- Ability to work independently while following a proven system
- Previous in-home sales experience, ideally within bathroom remodeling
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad
- Guide customers through the sales process and close deals daily
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Participate in bi-weekly professional sales training
