About The Position

Create individualized plans for guiding customers through the process within accepted industry standards Consult with walk-in & referral customers for kitchen design services. Collect design fees for applicable projects. Meet with clients & create designs using 2020 and approved vendors. Access to Sketch-Up Pro and/or Chief Architect can be provided upon request in order to enhance presentations or for specific applications. Strive to maximize the inclusion of all categories offered by the company includin cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, lighting, tile, hardware, accessories, etc. Perform on-site field measures & field visits as needed. Pursue contact with installer or contractor to review & analyze proposed plans. Create client presentations according to company guidelines & standards. Accommodate revisions as needed until final plans are established. Create contract documents according to company guidelines & standards. Maintain Project Binders that can be referenced by other colleagues during or after the project. Provide installation documents incl plans & specs. Submit contracts & all applicable paperwork to corporate in timely manner for archiving. Follow all policies & procedures during execution. Complete required project summary forms. Pursue before & after photos for appropriate projects for consideration to be used in SNE social media, on website, for marketing & advertising, etc. General: Adhere to the posted showroom schedule. Attend events as requested. Both in-house and off-site. Assist with in-house event execution as requested. Assist with showroom maintenance and upkeep. Light cleaning is required. Maintain showroom samples and literature, identify & communicate when stock is needed. Prepare the showroom for opening and closing. Clean and maintain active displays, clear samples & prepare work surfaces for the next business day, etc. Additional tasks & projects as needed.
