About The Position

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Greater Pittsburgh/West Virginia market! Our Greater Pittsburgh market is expanding into West Virginia, and has an upcoming sales class scheduled to begin on March 23rd, 2026. As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners! We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results. Design Consultants deliver a world-class homeowner experience through in-home sales consultations lasting about 90 minutes. They conduct 8–12 appointments per week, showcasing the value of Renewal by Andersen’s exclusive products and installation process. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet customer needs. Consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options. Our compensation plans reward solid performance with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Compensation averages between $140,000-$160,000. We offer 10 weeks of PAID TRAINING to ensure your success ($25/hour)! Our Sales Managers coach to build the skills and confidence you need to get the results you strive for! Training will be based at an on-site facility in West Virginia.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
• Minimum of one year selling experience.
• One to two years customer service experience.
• Computer skills
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs.
• Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level.
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations, including leveraging an iPad and augmented reality to design and build window and door replacement solutions for homeowners.
• Follow established Renewal Sales and measure processes through to completion, while submitting necessary contracts and paperwork for each project.
• Drive personal vehicle and sit for long periods of time up to 1,800-2,500 miles per month to and from in-home appointments
• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings and branch meetings
• Attend technical measurement appointments/install and engaged in the support of the sales project process including but limited to, documentation, follow through, order changes, discounting guidelines, and keeping in contact with homeowner
• Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
