We are hiring a top-performing In-Home Design Consultant to serve the Boston market. This is an in-home sales role focused on custom, premium solutions, with a steady flow of pre-qualified appointments, strong operational support, and a clear path to $150K–$200K+ in annual earnings. The Opportunity This role is built for sales professionals who excel in consultative, client-facing environments and want to focus their time on closing — not prospecting. Run 30-35 pre-qualified appointments per month Work with high-intent homeowners actively investing in their spaces Sell custom, premium products with strong average order values Operate within a proven system designed to support high conversion You bring the sales skill — we provide the opportunity flow and infrastructure. What Top Performers Achieve Average first-year earnings: $100,000–$120,000+ Top performers consistently earn: $185,000–$200,000+ Clear path to exceed $150K through strong close rates and disciplined execution This is a performance-driven role with uncapped upside. Typically 2 pre-scheduled, high-quality appointments per day Consultants typically run 30–35 appointments per month with strong close rates and high average order values, creating a clear path to $150K+ earnings for top performers. Only 2 Saturdays per month Paid, in-person training at our Denver headquarters Mileage, parking, and toll reimbursement Company-provided iPhone, laptop, and professional design sample kit Established brand with dedicated installation and operations support, so you can focus on selling This is a fully field-based position. Consultants travel locally throughout the greater Boston metro area each day, typically spending 3–5 hours driving per day. This role is best suited for professionals who enjoy a structured flow of high-quality appointments and thrive in a field-based environment. It may not be the right fit for those seeking a fully remote or office-based sales role.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top sales performer (top 10–20%, awards, or documented results)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Residence within 30 minutes of central Boston
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home design consultations and recommend tailored solutions
