About The Position

Express Flooring is looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their flooring replacement projects. Are you a professional sales representative ready to take the next step? In this commission-based role, our first-year Sales Representatives earn an average of $125,000-150,000 per year with no cap! Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Self-motivation is key, as you will be responsible for managing your own schedules and goals, ensuring productivity and success in meeting targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communicate skills.
  • Availability to work weekend and evening appointments.
  • Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach waist level, and climb stairs.
  • Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and place them on raised surfaces.
  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle with a valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

  • Run our TV-driven "Golden Leads," which deliver a 60% close rate.
  • Perform in-home estimates and measurements.
  • Focus on closing the sale while leaving the rest to the Express Team.
  • Appointments are scheduled for you, no cold calling!
