What You Will Earn Our average Design Consultants earn $140,000 per year after their first full year, and our top 20% earn $170,000–$200,000+. You show up to pre-qualified homeowners and businesses who asked to meet you. 30–35 pre-scheduled appointments per month with high-intent buyers actively investing in their homes. Only 2 Saturdays per month — compare this to the 5–6 night and weekend schedules at most in-home remodeling companies. 2 Appointments per day. No evening cold calls. Company-provided iPhone, Laptop, and professional design sample kit — fully stocked for every appointment. Every mile, parking fee, and toll is fully reimbursed. Strong backgrounds include: Design Consultants at The Shade Store, 3 Day Blinds, or Hunter Douglas dealers; Sales Consultants at Renewal by Andersen, Pella, or Champion; Design Consultants at California Closets or Ethan Allen; Personal Stylists or Sales Associates at Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, or Nordstrom; new-home sales consultants. What we verify at the offer stage: Verifiable top-quartile sales performance (we will ask for performance metrics like sales rankings, customer reviews or sales awards like President’s Club) Residence within 30 minutes of central San Francisco Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs (design sample kit) The Honest Preview We want you to stay and succeed, so here is the full picture. You will drive 2–5 hours on most days. We reimburse every mile, but the driving is real. Your guaranteed $6,000 per month salary plus commission runs for 12 weeks, then transitions to uncapped commission. Some appointments will be rescheduled at the last minute. It is part of the role. You will work 2 Saturdays per month and take a day off the following week.
