About The Position

We are expanding our Boston market and seeking a consultative, client-focused Design Consultant to serve homeowners throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities. This is a W-2 position with pre-qualified appointments, strong operational support, and uncapped earning potential. About the Role As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their residences, assess their needs, take measurements, and recommend custom blinds, shades, and drapery solutions. This is a field-based, client-facing sales role that combines design consultation with performance-driven income potential. Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top sales performer (top 10–20%, awards, or documented results)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Residence within 30 minutes of central Boston
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Background in in-home sales, design consulting, real estate, or luxury retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home design consultations and recommend tailored solutions
  • Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed project specifications
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up to drive conversion
