Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, providing homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and innovative design options for their flooring projects. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.
Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home estimates and measurements.
Close sales effectively while collaborating with the Express Flooring team.
Utilize provided flooring samples to assist clients in their decision-making process.
