Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous related work experience preferred.
• Inspiring and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-pressure work environment with attention to detail.
• Some experience with color in the home and a love for interior design; previous window treatment experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, mobile devices, email, and CRM systems.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations to assist customers with window covering selections.
• Facilitate the in-home quoting and selling process, finalizing sales by submitting orders on behalf of customers.
• Work closely with big box retailers to educate and motivate their staff about the company's products and services.
• Collaborate with Springs Field Sales Representatives and Window Treatment Installers to drive store leads.
• Engage in communication and planning to enhance sales strategies.
