As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to guide them through their bathroom remodeling project. Requirements
- Sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for home improvement, design, or remodeling
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments
- Comfort using tablets, apps, and digital sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Understand customer needs, goals, and design preferences
- Present bathroom remodeling solutions, materials, and upgrades
- Provide pricing and financing options
- Guide homeowners through the design and decision process
