Assisting buyers with making selections to customize their home Ensure that homebuyer(s) is aware of all options available Entering customer information/selections into computer systems Advise customers on interior design features (with respect to color, functionality, budget) Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of homebuyer(s) selections Manage distribution of design center paperwork Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowners and Trades as required to successfully execute the homebuilding process Is knowledgeable and able to communicate the design center experience and the overall new home buying experience Other duties as assigned or expected What Will You Bring? Requirements

High School Diploma
Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities
