The Design and Catalog Manager drives and coordinates creative concepting, design development, and new product ideation for Spoke Customs Direct to Consumer (DTC) commercial activities. This role contributes directly to creative conception and design strategy while serving as a central coordinator between the design team, merchandising, and production partners. The manager helps translate commercial priorities into creative briefs, supports AI-enabled design workflows, and ensures projects move efficiently from concept to production. This role works closely with the Sr. Director of Sales to align creative programs with Spoke’s Direct to Consumer growth initiatives and operational capabilities.
